When you should consider a RICS  level three survey ?

Choose a level three survey if your new home was built prior to 1919 (now refered to as a heritage home) is unusal in construction, and built using older more tradtional brick, timber and often non standard construction methods.

A Level 3 RICS  Survey is the appropriate choice when you are purchasing a new home where a detailed analysis of a property, goes beyond the scope of a Level 2 Survey.
